Wood, not liable, under the Maryland Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Act (Maryland Wiretap Act or the Act), Md. Code Ann., Cts. & Jud. Proc. § 10-401 et seq. (1989 Replacement Volume & 1994 Supp.), for the wilful interception of appellants telephone communications.
